Shipping

At the moment we only offer shipping to the UK and everywhere outside of the EU. We are in the process of applying for information needed to ship within the EU. We only offer tracked shipping for the bags as they are very special to us and we would hate for any to be lost <3 ( shipping options will appear as standard shipping but it will be sent as tracked and international tracked)

We aim to post all orders within 3-5 working days( this is excluding pre- orders which will take around 2-3 weeks to be dispatched)

Returns

We currently do not offer returns, however if you have an issue with your order please get in touch with us either by email or DM on our instagram page.

Please note: Due to the nature of our work environment there is the possibility that your items may have a small amount of cat fluff on them. we do our very best to lint roll them so that they are fluff free, but sometimes we just cant get it all! with this said, we do not offer refunds or discounts on any item that may have fluff on it.

Re-stocks

As it is only the two of us working on the bags it takes us quite a bit of time to build up stock. We are currently expecting to be restocking every couple of weeks but we will update you with this information over on our instagram.

Every single one of our bags is unique and will differ slighly from the other, whether it be the embroidery or the type of fabric. This means that once a certain bag is gone there will never be one exactly the same, especially when we use vintage fabrics. However, if you miss out on a bag you love, every restock includes our main celestial/nature themes, so we are sure there will always be something you will find as equally magical !

Sustainability

All of our bags are completely handmade from scratch by us! The fabric we use to make these bags is either vintage or sourced from local businesses in Scotland. The offcuts of the fabric we use for the big bags are used to make the smaller bags as well as the appliquéd designs to minimise fabric waste. The bags are designed to hopefully be tomorrows vintage and something you will treasure forever<3 We pride ourselves on the versatility of the double sided bags. Each bag is designed to go with way more outfits! which hopefully means reducing the cost per wear of your bag!
